Port Klang is located in Selangor . A state in Peninsular Malaysia.   Port Klang offer service to cargo origin from Southern Perak to Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Northern Johor area.  Due to it facilities and frequency of vessel calling Port Klang , its also sometimes included cargo origin from Eastern Peninsular , Pahang ( although Kuantan Port is there , Trengganu and Kelantan.

Port Klang is distanced off by approximately 300km from Penang Port , approximately 400km from Johor Port ( Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Pelepas) and 260km from Kuantan Port.
